I bought your book a few weeks ago and today, I have completed reading it for the fourth time! The errand service hasn’t yet picked up in Britain and I cannot imagine how lucky I have been to have stumbled on your book on the Internet.

I have read several other concierge books from Amazon including one by Entrepreneur press and Lisa Addison (Start Your Own Personal Concierge Service). I wouldn’t compare any of those books to yours. The depth of Knowledge in your book is incomparable and the fact that you are willing to share the very forms that you use is probably a sign of a genuine need to help rather than make a quick buck. I hope to open sometime before end of 2006 and I am sure I will be starting off at a better foundation having read your book.

Strangely, I don’t feel like I just bought a business book. I feel like I got some very good advice from a friend.
