These agreements were created for protection for both you and your clients.  These were created so that there are no misunderstanding on anyone’s part as to all of the terms and conditions laid out for each party for services to take place.

Client Agreement
This five page agreement is a general agreement that is used for individual clients who use your services on a regular basis. It covers everything from fees to safety to liability and many other sections in between.

This agreement is used to let your clients, whether they are Joe Schmoe or celebrities or professional athletes, know that you will protect their identities as well as any information that you learn about them through your business relationship with them.

It lays out your payment arrangements, how the actual program will be set up for that company, and your other terms and conditions that you require.

This seven page agreement is used when signing up a company that will be implementing your services in a lobby type setting, whether the company has 5 or 5,000 employees. It lays out your terms and conditions, including how payments will be made, who is the liaison during this agreement, what services will be performed, and what your liability provisions are.

Dog Walking Agreement
This two page agreement is used for your dog walking clients or if your pet sitting clients are using your dog walking services as an additional service. It lays out terms and conditions, such as the maximum number of dogs you will walk, what the fees are, and what your and your client’s responsibilities are.

This agreement is implemented when using a specific dry cleaner to provide services to your clients, especially your corporate clients. This agreement protects your client base and trade secrets by restricting your employee’s ability to join a competitor or set up a similar business within a specified time frame. Not every state will consider this agreement valid, so you should check with your state whether they do or not.

When putting together an event or meeting for an individual or corporate client, this agreement will spell out the terms and conditions from the day of the consultation up to the day of the event, including what services you are offering as part of this agreement and cancellation fees.
